Minimum Charge - $35.00 per quilt
 
Quilting charges are calculated by the number of square inches in the quilt.
Length __  x Width __ = Total Square Inches
(Length __ + Width __ ) x 2 = Total Linear Inches

specific design in mind and I don't have, I can get it.

Special designs stitched in the blocks/borders/sashing.   Cost based on intricacy & density.

Shipping                                                                                                $8.95 - $16.00

Preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail.  Shipping costs vary based on the number/size of quilts and whether or not you wish to have your package insured.

  

Basting - ½¢ per square inch

Basting is perfect for the hand quilter.  The quilt top, batting, and backing are sewn firmly in place with a very loose quilting grid, making it easy to remove the maching absting after the hand quilting is complete.  I sew stitches from 4" to 8" apart.  You will need to specify the distance between stitches.

Batting - $8.20 & up per yard

You may provide your own batting; however, I offer some of my favorites:  Hobbs Warm & Natural, Warm & White and Heirloom.  Be sure to check on what's available.
 
 

 

Binding - per linear inch

Double Fold Binding.  You'll need to provide one yard of fabric and specify whether you want 1/4" or 1/2" binding. 

 

Prepare & machine sew to front of quilt only ~ 15¢

Same as above and then hand stitched to back ~ 30¢

The possibilities for creative expression and innovative design are endless.  I use thread, designed especially for longarm quilting machines.  They are high quality products that offer excellent sewability with high speed multi-directional designs, free motion, and general sewing techniques.  Many colors to choose from.

                                             Variegated Thread ~ no extra charge

                                             Multiple colors:  $3.00 per color change

The quilting process can hide imperfections, but we cannot guarantee that all imperfections will disappear.

We will do everything possible to help make your finished quilt the best it can be.
